When you contact Colt Agar through this website, your details are used to review your project, respond to your inquiry, and manage follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

What the form collects

The form collects the answers you choose to submit, including your name, email, website or business name, priorities, and project context. It also stores a submission reference and time, form version, and internal delivery and follow-up status. Please avoid including passwords, account access, or sensitive personal information.

Your draft

Where your browser allows it, unfinished answers are saved in this tab’s session storage with a 24-hour expiry. They are restored only within that window and are cleared on a successful submission or when you use Clear answers. Unsubmitted drafts are not sent to Colt. Closing the tab normally clears this storage; browser session restoration may preserve it until the next visit checks its expiry.

Storage and email

Submitted inquiries are stored using Cloudflare D1. Resend processes internal notification emails containing your inquiry so Colt can reply. Access to the stored records is restricted through the operator’s Cloudflare account. These service providers may process data outside your country.

Retention

The website’s inquiry database removes submissions after 180 days. Completed notification records are removed after 30 days; pending records are removed within 180 days. Copies delivered to Colt’s email inbox, provider delivery logs, backups, and subsequent correspondence have separate retention and are not erased by the website’s database cleanup.

Abuse prevention and measurement

A salted hash of the submitting connection’s IP address is used for short-lived rate limits, with records removed after approximately two hours. Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser and connection on the final form step to help prevent automated spam. The verification token is checked on the server and is not saved with your inquiry or draft. Cloudflare processes technical signals for this check; your project answers are not sent to Turnstile. Raw answers are not sent to form analytics. Hosting and email providers may keep technical logs needed to operate their services.
